American Native Arts offers unique opportunities to own Native American Art

Now offering many antique items. Current Maine Indian basketry including items by some of the best known Maliseet, Micmac, Passamaquoddy, and Penobscot basketmakers. Acoma, Hopi, Navajo, Santo Domingo, and Zuni items, current and antique.

"Basket of Dawn" tours of Maine Indian Basketry. You will visit current basketmakers, workshops, see antique baskets in tribal and public museums, and view at least one extensive collection. With my guidance you will have the opportunity to meet and/or work with well known and respected Maine Indian basketmakers, view back collections of museums and discuss the past, present and future of the "Baskets of the Dawn".
